Companies should benefit from diversity - with this goal in mind, the digital agency synaigy advises its clients to make them more successful in their digital business. Joubin Rahimi is the company's CEO and, thanks to his many years of experience, knows the needs of both sides: clients and developers. In the new episode of the fynax podcast "Thanks-for-Shopping", our hosts Saravanan Sundaram and Nadja Müller talk to him about his path to self-employment.
After working in IT and setting up a tech branch in Romania, Joubin switched to consulting at IBM and ran his own online business on the side. When he realized that he was "not compatible with the group", he founded his own start-up, synaigy, in 2011, which now employs 70 people. With the service concept, they want to bundle digital topics and tech expertise and provide their customers with holistic advice on everything from e-commerce and CMS systems to data science. Instead of hyper-concentration, synaigy focuses on diversity.
In this episode of "Thanks for Shopping!", Joubin explains which system they use to recognize digital body language, what role personalization and live shopping will play, who the customers are and what problems they bring with them.
